- There is a $100.00 non-refundable application fee.
- Each adult planning to reside in the household will need to fill out an application.
- Each applicant will also be required to provide a valid copy of his or her driver’s license or state issued ID.
- We will perform a credit check and a background check for each applicant.
- We require all tenants to pay a Security Deposit prior to moving in. The Security Deposit is typically $500.00.
- If your application is approved, you may be placed on a waiting list depending on unit availability. The Security Deposit is due and payable at the time you are offered an apartment.
